What makes a "good" photograph?

Here is a list of a few things my group thought made a good photo:
-Lighting
-Background
-Angle
-Sparks an emotion

After looking at the work of some professional photographers and hearing their responses to this question....
I discovered that a lot of the photographers had the same thought that I did...and they were professionals! I believe that the most important part of a photograph is that it evokes an emotional response from the viewer. A lot of the photographers had the same opinion. The next most common response, from my point of view, was that lighting is the most important part of a photograph. It can be used to grab a viewers attention better than any other element.
